Ground handling company Swissport has said an "urgent investigation" is under way following an incident involving the repatriation of a man's body to Ireland.

It follows a report in the Sunday Independent that a coffin carrying the Irish citizen was not removed from a plane at Dublin Airport, as intended.

It is reported that the man's remains were then flown back to Greece, where he had passed away.
