A man in his 30s has been arrested in connection with a fatal assault in February this year.
The arrest was made as part of the investigation into the death of Juris Viktorovs.
Mr Viktorovs was found stabbed to death at his home in Ballyconnell, Shillelagh, Co Wicklow, on 10 February.
The man arrested is being held at Baltinglass Garda Station. Gardaí said investigations are ongoing.
Yesterday, Nicola Brennan, 31, of no fixed abode, appeared in court in Carlow charged with the murder of Mr Viktorovs.
She was remanded in custody for a week.
