Two men who were being questioned as part of the investigation into the death of 53-year-old Joe Brosnan in Tralee, Co Kerry, at the weekend have been released without charge.
A man in his 30s, who was arrested in Killarney, was released earlier this morning.
A second man, who is in his 50s, and who was questioned at Tralee Garda Station, has since been released.
Files are being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions
Mr Brosnan was found by gardaí and the emergency services in a critical condition outside his apartment at Abbey Court on Sunday evening.

He died a short time later.
A post-mortem examination has been carried out by Assistant State Pathologist, Dr Heidi Okkers, and a preliminary report has been given to gardaí.
