A five-year-old boy has died following an incident on a farm in Co Roscommon.
The boy fell from a trailer at his family farm in Tulsk at around 5.40pm yesterday evening.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
His body has been removed to Roscommon University Hospital for a post-mortem examination.
Gardaí have said that a file will be prepared for the coroner.
The Health and Safety Authority also said it is carrying out an investigation into the incident.
