Gardaí seized over €500,000 in cash after a series of searches in the north Dublin area today.
The intelligence-led operation, targeting an international organised crime group, was conducted by the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau.
A 60-year-old man was arrested for an offence under the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) Act 1996.
He is currently being detained at Finglas Garda Station.
