The Association of Higher Civil and Public Servants will call for an early review of the Public Service Stability Agreement and the restoration of pay at a quicker pace for its members, at its annual conference in Dublin.
The association, which represents more than 3,000 members, said it is now 11 years since their member grades have had a pay increase, and it will be 13 years by the time the final scheduled FEMPI restoration payment is processed, in 2021.
FEMPI - the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest Acts - was introduced after the global financial crisis in 2008, to reduce public service pay.
