The husband of a 45-year-old woman missing from Co Cork has made an appeal for her to return home.

Tina Satchwell went missing from her home on Grattan Street in Youghal on 20 March.

Originally Tina Dingivan from Fermoy in Co Cork, she is described as being 1.70m (5' 6") tall, of medium build with blonde shoulder-length hair and blue eyes.

Richard Satchwell made an appeal on RTÉ's Crimecall which will be broadcast tonight.

He describes the last time he saw his wife.

"She came downstairs. I gave her a cup of tea and a slice of toast. Then she asked if I'd go over to Dungarvan. I gave her a peck, and said I'd see her in a couple of hours," he said.

On his return from Dungarvan he said his wife was gone, but had not taken her two dogs.

Mr Satchwell said this was unusual as she brought them everywhere.

He also noted that two suitcases were missing from the house.

Gardaí were notified about her disappearance four days later and their investigation is ongoing.

A house was searched in Youghal earlier this month in connection with the disappearance.

Speaking on Crimecall Mr Satchwell said: "Tina come home, there's nobody mad at you. My arms are open. The pets are missing you. I just can't go on not knowing. Even if you just ring the guards, let people know that you're alright."
