The Irish Daily Star runs with a picture of the former Taoiseach using a leaf blower to tidy up his garden in Drumcondra yesterday. He told reporter Paul Healy that he had just returned from a conflict resolution meeting in Ukraine and had only heard the news about the Fianna Fail meeting on his return and had yet to give the invitation some consideration.
The Irish Sun, meanwhile, runs with the line that Bertie Ahern's supporters want him to run for the Aras in 2018."Bertie plot to run for President" is the headline there.
