The review of over 46,200 scans at Kerry University Hospital has been completed.
It involved over 26,750 patients.
Ten patients were identified who have had a missed or delayed diagnosis.
In all, 272 patients were recalled for repeat imaging.
It involved x-rays, ultrasound and CAT scans.
The review related to one former locum consultant.
The issue was first revealed by RTÉ News in December.
The South/South West Hospital Group said that the review is subject to a further quality assurance process.
It said that this and the work of the Clinical Subgroup will be completed by the end of March.
