President Higgins opens 2019 Fleadh Cheoil in Drogheda
President Michael D Higgins has officially opened the 2019 Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann in Drogheda, the annual cultural event is expected to attract hundreds of thousands of people to the town over the coming week.
