Jo O'Brien

A Cork-native and first-time candidate, O’Brien is a computer scientist who worked in the U.K. and U.S. before returning to Dublin in the late 1990s. Her father, Patrick M. Quinlan, was a member of Seanad Éireann from 1957 to 1977.
