Two people have been hospitalised following a fire in Dublin city centre this morning.
The fire broke out at a premises on Eden Quay, with seven units from Dublin Fire Brigade and three ambulances attending the scene.
Gardaí said two people were brought to hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
The fire has caused delays in the city centre, with one lane on Eden Quay currently open to traffic.
The Rosie Hackett Luas bridge is closed, which has led to green line services are not operating between St Stephen's Green and Dominick.
Luas said tickets are valid on Dublin Bus for the duration of the disruption.
Services are operating between Brides Glen and St Stephen's Green, and between Dominick and Broombridge only.
Investigations into the cause of the fire are ongoing, gardaí said.
