Gardaí have appealed for witnesses after a girl was injured in a road traffic incident on Priorswood Road in Dublin yesterday.

The girl was struck by a car at the Darndale Roundabout at about 5pm.

She was brought to Children's Health Ireland at Temple Street and is in a serious but stable condition.

No other injuries were reported.

Anyone who may have witnessed the incident is asked to contact gardaí.

Officers are also keen to speak to drivers who may have camera footage from the area between 4.30pm and 5.15pm yesterday.
