A man in his 40s has been arrested following the seizure of a firearm and a quantity of drugs in Dublin.
As part of ongoing investigations targeting the sale and supply of drugs and related criminal activity, members of the Ballymun Drugs Unit searched a residence in Ballymun at about 8 o'clock yesterday evening.
A 3D-printed firearm was seized, along with approximately €300 of suspected diamorphine and €1,680 of suspected Zopiclone tablets.
A man in his 40s was arrested at the scene and is being held at a garda station in the Dublin Metropolitan Region.
Investigations are ongoing.
