A boy has been arrested in connection to an arson attack at a playground in south Dublin earlier this month.
A slide structure in the Sean Moore Park playground in Sandymount was lit on fire on the night of Sunday 7 September.
Gardaí and Dublin Fire Brigade attended the scene, with fire crews extinguishing the blaze.
No injuries were reported.
Gardaí have said that they are treating the incident as criminal damage by fire.
The boy has since been been released without charge pending a referral to the Garda National Youth Diversion Bureau.
