Firefighters from stations across Dublin continue to work to put our a gorse wildfire in Cherrywood in south county Dublin.
The fire started two days ago at Ticknick, close to the M50.
Dublin Fire Brigade said crews worked through the night to prevent any further spread and protect critical infrastructure.
In a statement, Dublin City Council said they have also received support from ESB Networks in this regard.

Dublin Fire Brigade said that smoke is continuing to drift across the locality.
They are advising any residents affected to keep windows and doors closed despite the warm spell we're currently experiencing.

Last night, road users were advised to exercise caution at J16 Cherrywood as smoke was drifting across the motorway.
