Gardaí are investigating as a criminal offence a fire at Conor McGregor's pub in Dublin in the early hours of this morning.
The fire broke out at the Black Forge Inn on Drimnagh Road at around 3am.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene and Dublin Fire Brigade extinguished the blaze.
No one was injured in the attack.
Gardaí at Crumlin Garda Station say they are investigating a case of criminal damage.
They are trying to establish the cause of the fire which they believe was malicious but do not suspect a petrol bomb was used.
The scene is being preserved for a technical examination.
In a statement Garda Headquarters said investigations are ongoing.
The pub was previously attacked in 2022 in a suspected petrol bomb attack, but the bomb failed to ignite and no damage was caused.
Conor McGregor bought the Black Forge Inn for €2 million in 2020 and later spent an additional €1 million on renovations.
