A teenager is in a critical critical condition following a serious assault in Coolock.
The incident happened at Greencastle Park in Coolock, Dublin 17 on 3 April.
In a statement, gardaí said: "Shortly after 3:30pm, a male youth, aged in his late teens sustained serious injuries in an assault that occurred on Greencastle Park, Coolock.
"The youth was removed from the scene to Beaumont Hospital where he remains in a critical condition."
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to contact them. They are also asking anyone with camera footage (including dash-cam) from Greencastle Park between 3.30pm and 4pm on 3 April to make the footage available them.
