A man in his 50s has died in a road crash in Glenageary, Co Dublin.
Gardaí said that his motorcycle collided with a car on the Sallyglen Road at around 8.15pm last night.
The man's body was removed from the scene to St Columcille's Hospital in Loughlinstown where a post-mortem examination is due to take place.
The driver of the car, a man aged in his 60s, was uninjured.
The road is closed with local diversions in place.
A technical examination of the scene by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators is under way.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses and are asking road users who were travelling in the area between 8pm and 8.30pm to make camera footage - including dash-cam footage - available to them.

Elsewhere, a teenager and a young man have died, and two others are in a serious condition after the car they were in crashed into a house in Donegal.
