Three fire engines are attending the scene of a fire at a building in the Phoenix Park in Dublin.
The fire at the Gate lodge at the entrance to Conyngham Road broke out at 5:30pm.
A spokesperson for the Dublin Fire Brigade said operations are continuing to extinguish the fire.
Traffic restrictions are in place on Chesterfield Avenue near Conyngham Road as crews deal with the fire.
