Man arrested following crash involving car and bus

A man in his 40s has been arrested in connection with a road crash involving a car and a bus in south Dublin early this morning.

The man was the driver of a car which collided with a Dublin Bus on Harold's Cross Road shortly after 5.30am.

Dublin Fire Brigade crews from Rathfarnham and Dolphins Barn attended the scene.

Gardaí have said no one was injured in the crash.

The road was closed for a time this morning but has since reopened.

Gardaí said their investigation into the incident is ongoing.
