A man is in a serious condition in hospital after he was found with a number of injuries in Clondalkin in Dublin yesterday.
An investigation is under way after the man, who is in his 30s, was discovered at Cherrywood Villas shortly before 5pm.
He was taken to Tallaght University Hospital, where he is said to be in a serious, but stable condition.
Gardaí have appealed for any witnesses, or anyone with video footage, and who may have been in the Kilcarberry and Cherrywood Villas areas of Clondalkin between 4.45pm and 5.15pm yesterday to contact Clondalkin Garda Station on 01 666 7600, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any garda station.
