Herbal cannabis with an estimated value of €140,000 has been seized in Dublin.
As a result of routine operations, Revenue officers examining parcels at a premises in Dublin today seized seven kilogrammes of herbal cannabis.
The drugs were discovered concealed in seven parcels that originated in Spain and were destined for an address in Dublin city centre.
Detector dog Waffle assisted officers with their search.
The seizure is part of Revenue's ongoing operations targeting the importation of illegal drugs.
Investigations are ongoing.
