A post-mortem examination on the body of a 47-year-old man who died from stab wounds at a house in Blanchardstown in Dublin yesterday has concluded.
Gardaí said they will not be releasing the results for operational reasons.
Two other people were seriously injured in the assault and gardaí said they are not looking for anyone else in relation to the incident.
The scene remained sealed off today.

Gardaí were called to a house in Ashfield Park in the Huntstown area of Blanchardstown at around 4pm yesterday where they found three people with serious injuries, believed to be stab wounds.
A man in his 40s was taken to nearby Connolly Hospital but was later pronounced dead.
A man and women in their 20s were taken to the Mater Hospital where they were treated for their injuries, which were described as serious.
It is understood a young child was in the house at the time of the assault, but was not injured in the incident.
The family involved are believed to be from eastern Europe and had moved to the area in recent times.
A neighbour raised the alarm after hearing screams and seeing a woman making stabbing gestures outside the house.
Initially, the neighbour could not understand what was being said, but a Romanian speaker passing by translated that she wanted an ambulance.
Gardaí said the results of the post-mortem examination would determine the course of their investigation.
However, they have said they are not looking for anyone else in relation to the incident at this time.
It is believed the incident was domestic.
Gardaí appealed for anyone who was in the Ashfield Park area between 12pm and 4pm yesterday who may have witnessed what happened or has camera or dash cam footage to contact them.
