A man has been hospitalised with serious injuries after a stabbing in Ballymun.
The incident happened on Shangan Avenue at around 3.15am this morning.
The man in his 30s was found with serious injuries when gardaí attended the scene.
He was taken to the Mater Hospital where his condition is described as serious but stable.
A technical examination has been carried out at the scene.
