Arrest after drugs worth €255k seized in Dún Laoghaire

A man has been arrested after drugs worth over €255,000 were seized during a search operation in Dublin last night. 

Gardaí carried out the search at an apartment in Dún Laoghaire and discovered cocaine with an estimated street value of €253,050 along with heroin worth around €2,400. 

A large amount of drug paraphernalia, including a large hydraulic press and mixing bowls, were also seized.

A man in his 40s was arrested at the scene and is being held at Dún Laoghaire Garda Station.
