A 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting in Tallaght two years ago.
John Gibson, 28, was shot dead as he sat in his car at the CityWest Shopping Centre on Fortunestown Lane on 18 September 2017.
Gardaí believe Mr Gibson, who worked as a fitness instructor, may have been lured to his death.
He was known to gardaí and had a number of convictions, including a drugs conviction after he was found with a small number of ecstasy tablets in 2017.
The arrested man is being detained at Tallaght Garda Station.
