School bus crashes into bridge in Mulhuddart in Dublin

A number of children sustained minor injuries after a school bus crashed into a bridge in Blakestown, Mulhuddart, in west Dublin.

Dublin Fire Brigade said there were around 15 children on the bus at the time of the crash. 

Three fire engines and three ambulances attended the scene.

The crash happened at around 10.45am.

Most children on the bus were able to walk back into the school.

Two children were treated for neck and back pain and were transferred to hospital as a precaution.
