A man has been seriously injured in a shooting in the Coolock area of Dublin.
The shooting happened at around 8.15pm at Moatview Gardens in Coolock.
Emergency services were called to the scene by neighbours who heard gunshots and the man is receiving treatment there.
It is believed the man has been shot in the head and is in a critical condition.
Gardaí do not believe the shooting is related to the ongoing feud between the Hutch and Kinahan criminal gangs.
