The M1 citybound was hit by long delays this morning after a collision involving a number of lorries at the entrance to the Dublin Port Tunnel.
The incident occurred at 7.40am and one man was taken to hospital.
Gardaí say that a fuel spill caused by the collision has been cleared and all lanes are now reopened.
However, motorists are urged to drive with care as emergency services are still using the hard shoulder.
