A swimming ban has been lifted on bathing areas at Seapoint and Killiney in south Dublin but remains in force at Blackrock.
Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown council issue a prohibition notice at the three beaches last Friday because of high levels of E.coli in the water.
The prohibition remains in force at Blackrock pending the results of further tests, which are due tomorrow.
Blackrock and Seapoint were also closed last January because of E.coli pollution.
