A gorse fire in the Dublin Mountains near Ticknock has been brought under control.
Three units of Dublin Fire Brigade and a district officer attended the scene.
The fire could be seen across Dublin, with the fire brigade receiving more than 70 calls in relation to it - some from as far away as Howth.

There have been a large number of gorse fires around the country in the last month, with thousands of acres of land affected.
