Gardaí suspect that more than €3 million worth of cocaine discovered at a house in Clondalkin, Dublin is linked to the Kinahan organised crime group.
The drugs were found sealed in tape and cellophane and packed into a suitcase.
A man in his 30s who arrested at the scene is still being questioned this evening.
The arrest is part of an operation targeting organised crime groups in west Dublin involved in drug dealing at wholesale and retail level.
In follow up searches in the Ballyfermot and Crumlin areas gardaí seized approximately €2,500 worth of cocaine which was for bagged for street sale, along with €1,600 in cash.
A woman in her 30s was arrested and is still being questioned tonight.
Six scrambler motorbikes, including Kawasaki and Honda models, were also seized during the operation which involved several garda units including the Serious Crime South Ballyfermot Drug & Detective units backed up by the divisional search team, the dog unit and the Dublin Crime Response Team.

Drug dealers use scramblers to sell drugs and gardaí are reluctant to pursue them because of the danger of serious harm to the riders, who do not wear helmets.
They say they are seriously concerned about the risks scramblers pose to the safety of the public and gardaí and that its very difficult to engage with the illegal drivers who are moving at high speed.
The drug dealers know they most likely cannot be stopped and need to be identified later.
New legislation allows the gardaí to seize scramblers.
However the law only allows the gardaí to enter the curtilage of the house and seize the motorbike. They need a warrant to arrest the driver.
The officer in charge of the investigation, Detective Superintendent Tomás Gormley, said the harm by organised crime and drug dealing in Ballyfermot and Clondalkin "cannot be underestimated" and gardaí are determined to dismantle these networks.
