Lawyers for Nikita Hand, who successfully sued MMA fighter Conor McGregor for damages for rape, may seek to cross-examine him over CCTV footage shown during the civil trial.
Last month, Mr Justice Alex Owens ordered Mr McGregor not to disseminate the footage and to give back or destroy any copies of the footage he has.
The judge said the jury conclusively determined Mr McGregor raped Ms Hand in the Beacon Hotel in Dublin in December 2018, and it was not open to him to selectively use evidence in the public arena to suit himself.
Mr McGregor's lawyers say that he intends to appeal the jury's verdict, although the appeal has not yet been lodged.
Ms Hand's lawyers had sought an injunction to stop Mr McGregor disseminating the footage, after his Italian business partner claimed that the imminent release of the footage would increase sales of Mr McGregor's brand of stout.
The court heard today that Mr McGregor had sworn a document saying he had done what the judge asked him to do and had sworn a further document outlining his dealings with his Italian business partner.
However, Ms Hand's Senior Counsel, John Gordon, said Mr McGregor had not complied with one aspect of the judge’s order.
It is understood that Ms Hand's lawyers claim he says he has deleted the footage but has not stated that he has given back any copies he has to his solicitor.

The footage showed Mr McGregor, Ms Hand and their friends, James Lawrence and Danielle Kealy, in the car park and lift of the Beacon Hotel before and after Mr McGregor assaulted Ms Hand.
It was played to the court on multiple occasions during the trial and viewed by the jury during their deliberations.
Mr McGregor had claimed Ms Hand did not look like someone who had been seriously assaulted in the footage.
Ms Hand became very upset when it was shown in court and said she was clearly very drunk in the footage.
Mr Gordon said the sworn document Mr McGregor had put in was "entirely inadequate".
He also said Mr McGregor swore the second affidavit last Friday but it had only been received by Ms Hand’s lawyers yesterday.
He said it raised "further significant issues about his bona fides". Mr Gordon said they needed time to consider it and to consider whether they would apply to the court to cross-examine Mr McGregor.
Senior Counsel, Remy Farrell, for Mr McGregor, agreed to the adjournment.
The case will be back in court again on 6 March.
