A former portfolio manager is scheduled to go on trial next week for allegedly conspiring with others to defraud investors.
Ciara Kelleher, 51, of Martin Close, Blackhorse Avenue in Dublin 7, is facing a charge of conspiring with others to defraud investors in and clients and customers of Custom House Capital Ltd by intentionally misleading them as to where or how their assets had been placed in the investment firm.
The offences, which are contrary to common law, are alleged to have happened at locations in the State from October 2008 until July 2011.
The case was listed for trial at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court this morning but was not ready to proceed.
Judge Patricia Ryan put the case in for trial next Monday and remanded Ms Kelleher on continuing bail.
At a previous appearance, the court heard that Ms Kelleher's reply to the charge was "I am innocent".
