A man has been remanded in custody charged with the murder of a man in Dublin five years ago.
Neil Fitzgerald, 36, was shot dead in Tallaght in June 2016.
A European Arrest Warrant was issued resulting in the extradition of Conor Dolan, who was returned to Dublin yesterday.
He was brought before an evening sitting of Tallaght District Court.
Mr Dolan, 31, of Ashbrook Apartments, Navan Road, Dublin was charged with the murder of Mr Fitzgerald at Hills Lane, Crooksling, Dublin 24 between 4 June and 5 June 2016.
Judge Marie Quirke remanded Mr Dolan in custody to appear at Cloverhill District Court on 18 June next.
