A man arrested by gardaí during a large gathering in Castletroy in Limerick last Tuesday night has appeared at the district court.
Kyle Dockery, 20, with an address at Woodlands, Rathangan in Co Kildare, faces two charges under the Misuse of Drugs Act of having a controlled drug in his possession and having it for sale or supply on 2 March.
The court was told a file on the charges is being prepared by the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Mr Dockery was remanded on bail to appear in court again on 23 June.
He was ordered by Judge Patrick Durcan to stay out of Co Limerick during that time.
