The jury in the Tipperary murder trial has been sent home until Wednesday.

Ms Justice Eileen Creedon reminded the members of the jury not to discuss the case with anyone.

She repeated her warning to the jury about the large amount of media attention the case was receiving and the "pressure" that brought with it.

The judge said the case was being discussed by "just about everyone in the country" and reminded the jury members of their duty to deal with only the facts of the case as heard in court and not to discuss the case outside of the courtroom.
