UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor is to appear before Blanchardstown District Court later this month after having a speeding case adjourned.

Mr McGregor was not present in court to face the alleged offence of speeding on 31 March on the Naas Road in Dublin.

Instead an unnamed female representative of Mr McGregor's stated that the 'Notorious' star was out of the country.

Judge Miriam Walsh adjourned the matter back to Blanchardstown District Court on 23 November 2017.
