Gardaí are investigating the seizure of cannabis with an estimated street value of €600,000 at the premises of a multinational company in the west of Ireland.
It is understood the consignment was found in a storage area of the company last Friday.
The drugs are reported to have been delivered to the company and may have been left there without collection for a number of weeks.
Gardaí say no arrests have been made and the drugs will be sent to Forensic Science Ireland for analysis.
This is the second discovery of illegal drugs made at the multinational company.
Gardaí are seeking to establish whether the latest seizure was from a recent delivery to the company's premises or whether the consignment was left without collection for a number of weeks.
One possibility being investigated is that the drugs deliveries may have been part of an ongoing operation by at least one, and possibly several employees, of the company.
On Friday 16 January, an employee discovered the latest consignment of 30 kilograms of cannabis resin on a routine check of imported goods.
A major internal investigation has been launched by the company.
