Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to a fatal crash in Co Mayo last month.
The collision, which involved a car and a van, happened on the N5 Castlebar to Turlough road on 29 December at about 4pm.
The driver of one of the vehicles, a man in his 90s, was taken to Mayo University Hospital but has since passed away from his injuries.
The driver of the other vehicle, a man in his 30s, was taken to the same hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses, and for road users who may have camera footage from the area at that time, to contact them.
