A man has died, and a woman has been seriously injured following a road crash in Co Leitrim this morning.
The single-vehicle crash happened on a local road between Kinlough and Garrison shortly before 7am.
The man in his 20s was pronounced deceased at the scene, while the woman, aged in her 40s, was brought to Sligo University Hospital for treatment.
Gardaí have carried out a technical examination of the scene and local diversions are in place.
Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
