A man has been arrested after cannabis plants worth an estimated €250,000 were seized in Co Mayo.
The discovery was made during a search of an industrial unit in Claremorris this afternoon.
The premises was converted into a grow house for what gardaí say was "large scale production".
Over 300 cannabis plants were discovered.
During the search a 28-year-old man was arrested and he is being held a garda station in Mayo.
Gardaí say their investigations are ongoing.
