Dublin's Inpute Technologies agrees deal for Treaty Digital Solutions

Dublin-based Inpute Technologies has agreed a deal to buy Treaty Digital Solutions, which is based in Limerick.

Inpute provides enterprise automation solutions, while Treaty Digital is a specialist in real-time business intelligence and digital solutions with a strong track record in the manufacturing sector.

Inpute said the deal combines its more than 25 years of expertise in process discovery, intelligent capture of key data, information management and process automation with Treaty Digital's capabilities in business intelligence and industrial automation.

As part of the deal, Korie Gleeson and Alan Bourke will join Inpute's senior leadership team as the company scales its operations.

The transaction also expands Inpute's geographic footprint, establishing a presence in Limerick alongside its existing office locations in Dublin, Wroclaw and London.

Morgan McElligott, CEO of Inpute Technologies, said the compay plans to significantly expand its headcount in the Limerick office, so that it can better serve customers in the South and West of Ireland.

He said that Treaty Digital's deep expertise in business insights - particularly in the manufacturing sector - is an excellent fit with Inpute's established strengths in enterprise automation.
