French telecommunications network infrastructure services sector company KYNTUS Group has bought a majority stake in Irish-owned Entegro Group Holdings.
Entegro specialises in the telecommunications network infrastructure sector. It has a workforce of over 300 people and has offices in Kilkenny and Dublin.
Its projected revenues in 2025 are expected to exceed €50m and it has clients in Ireland, the UK and the US.
The company provides turnkey services for the design, installation and maintenance of fibre optical networks for building network capacity and enabling a digital society.
Entegro said today's deal adds incremental resources and additional expertise from KYNTUS Group to the mix and augurs well for its global expansion plans and diversification into the power and renewables sectors.
Jim Doyle, CEO at Entegro, said that KYNTUS is an ideal partner and is aligned with the company's ambition.
