Konversational, the Irish tech consultancy, is expanding into Europe.
The company is opening offices in France, Germany and Switzerland.
The growth is expected to generate a boost in revenue of more than €5m for the business.
32 new roles are being created by the expansion and the firm expects to have increased the numbers it employs to more than 100 in the next 18 months.
The company currently employs 40 people.
"We are moving into a new growth phase for the company and are looking to build on the back of several significant client wins across the UK and Ireland," said John Gilleran, managing director of Konversational.
"Now is the right time to expand our market offering and to capitalise on the significant demand for customer experience management technologies."
Headquartered in Dublin and with another office in London, the company was set up three years ago by Richard Guy and John Gilleran.
Konversational is the largest ServiceNow Customer Workflow partner in the UK and Ireland market which means it is the preferred partner to deploy and implement the technology.
The company is aiming to benefit from the rapidly growing customer experience management market which is valued at over €10 billion globally.
