Irish headquartered cybersecurity specialist, Integrity360, has acquired UK firm Caretower for an undisclosed fee.
The move will grow sales at the combined group to £70m this year, with at least £28m of that coming from Caretower.
All of Caretowers staff are to stay with the new group, bringing to 300 the total workforce.
Caretower was founded in 1998 and has offices in London and Sofia in Bulgaria.
"The enhanced group is now clearly positioned as the leading independent cybersecurity services specialist throughout the UK and Ireland," said Ian Brown, Executive Chairman at Integrity360.
"With over 300 employees including 200 cybersecurity engineers, analysts, consultants and specialists the group provides a one stop shop for business organisations for all their cybersecurity needs."
The combined group will have around 1,500 customers.
Last June, Integrity360 received a major strategic investment from leading London based private equity firm August Equity.
"Our 2 companies are highly complementary, with common strengths in cyber infrastructure, endpoint and SIEM technologies" said Phydos Neophytou, Managing Director of Caretower who will remain on in a senior management role.
"Together with Integrity360, we will create stronger solutions for our customers."
"Our teams are a great cultural fit, and we are excited to help Integrity360 serve even more customers and provide new opportunities for our own employees to thrive as part of the enlarged group."
