At least 100 new jobs are to be created here by global gifting platform &Open over the next year.
The positions will be in a range of areas including product, engineering, sales, customer success and operations.
The company's existing team are based in Dublin, but it says it can hire those who want to work fully remote.
Founded in 2017 by Jonathan Legge, Mark Legge and Ciara Flood, &Open enables gifts to be sent at large scale from its online software as a service-based platform.
Airbnb, Intercom and Reebok are among its clients.
This latest expansion is aimed at supporting the firm’s drive into Europe and the US.

By the end of next year &Open expects to be employing around 160 staff.
The business has also announced a former Google, Facebook and Pinterest executive, Adele Cooper has joined it as Chief Revenue Officer.
The new investment has been welcomed by the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, Leo Varadkar.
