Property investment group Hammerson has confirmed that Dublin shopping centres Dundrum Town Centre, the Ilac Centre and Swords Pavilions will all reopen on Monday.
It follows the Govenrment decision to bring forward the reopening date for shopping centres from 10 August to 15 June.
UK based Hammerson said the centres would open in line with the latest guidance from the Government here.
"We ask that people be patient with us though, as the way we shop is going to be different for a while and visits might take longer than usual," said Mark Bourgeois, Managing Director UK & Ireland at Hammerson.
The company said a range of measures would be put in place to keep customers safe, including live monitoring of footfall to ensure there aren't too many people in a centre at any one time.
Customers may also have to queue outside where necessary to manage capacity.
It is also recommending that customers wear face masks while inside its facilities.
The centres will also introduce one way systems where needed and erect clear signage on social distancing.
Enchanced cleaning procedures will be in place and fixed hand sanitising stations will be set up.
Customers will also be encouraged to use contactless payment.
Hammerson suggested customers should check the opening times of specific brands' outlets before they visit as not all will be open right away..
It has also warned not all services will be operating.
The centres will provide information and guidance on shopping hours for over 70s and the medically vulnerable in the coming days.
Hammerson says some restaurants will continue to be open for takeaway and delivery initially and that additional guidance is expected from the Government in the coming weeks on when these venues can reopen for dining in.
It is also expecting additional guidance from the state on when leisure operators can re-open.
Yesterday the National Standards Authority of Ireland published detailed guidelines on measures that shopping centres need to take ahead of and after reopening.
