Deloitte Ireland has acquired cloud services business DNM.
Dublin-based DNM works with clients across Europe and North America.
As well as offering cloud-based products, it also advises on big data and analytics projects.
Deloitte says the combination will improve its scale and strength and create a leading IT-enabled business transformation consulting offering.
"This is an important investment in our business," said Harry Goddard, CEO, Deloitte Ireland.
"The combination of skills in technology and business transformation is a powerful proposition and gives us a real platform for growth in an area of heightened importance for clients."
The DNM team will join the Deloitte's consulting business in Dublin and create a team of over 1,000 technology consulting professionals in total.
